Shades Of Grey

“Travel makes one modest. You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world.”

Mammoth Lakes CA

Friends, I hope you are having a pleasant week. I find myself more tired than usual, so I’m not getting as much accomplished as I would like. Perhaps it’s the shorter daylight hours or restless nights that have me down. I don’t know. But before week’s end I wanted to share one more collection of photos from my Mammoth Lakes getaway. I promise this is the end. Though I do hope you have found these images as inspiring as I do.

I want to keep my commentary to a minimum this time, and just let the photos speak for themselves.

The final photo is my favorite one of all. We met Lucy the Chocolate Lab at Horseshoe Lake, where she was playing with her human daddy and siblings, both human and canine. Her joy and exuberance from playing with her deflated soccer ball, in this beautiful spot, was so sweet and inspiring.

There are so many lessons to learn from our canine friends.

May your day, and weekend, be peaceful and blessed.
